Yoshimi Kato (Kintaro) Knives
These knives are hand forged by Yoshimi Kato who is a certified traditional craftsman in
Takefu, Fukui prefecture in Japan. The Damascus finish is not only beautiful, but also
prevents food sticking to the side of the blade. These knives are made from Blue Super and
