US Domestic Shipping

Please note, all shipping delivery times listed are in addition to our standard order processing time of 1-2 business day.

 

USPS Priority (2-4 business days)

All orders over $150* ship for free, otherwise shipping is $10.

*Orders over $300 will be given Signature Confirmation and will require a signature upon delivery. Signature Confirmation can be wavered if requested.

 

USPS Priority Express (1-2 business days)

We charge $39 to ship orders express.

The cut-off time for USPS Priority Express is 11am PST. Express orders placed after 11am or on the weekend will be shipped out the following business day.

 

USPS Priority Insurance

All orders are insured with USPS up to $200 with no additional charge. If you are interested in purchasing additional insurance, please contact us.

 

Large Order Insurance

For large orders exceeding $1,000, we will contact you in regards to purchasing additional insurance should your package be lost in transit. We will send an e-mail within 24 hours of you placing the order.

 

Lost or Damaged Orders

Once shipping labels have been printed and your order leaves our store, it is in the care of USPS. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail with a USPS Tracking Number which allows you to monitor the progress of your order. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

The return or exchange of a product will be accepted if any damage or defect which existed from the beginning or which occurred during shipment is discovered as long as the product is returned to us (at our cost).

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be your responsibility except when the return is required due to an error on our part.

 

Insufficient Address

If a package is determined to be undeliverable by the mail carrier and is subsequently returned to us, we will promptly reach out to you to notify you of the situation. In addition, a return shipping fee will be applied to cover the costs incurred for the return process. We believe that it is essential to keep our customers informed and provide them with the necessary assistance to ensure a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
