1. Q: The knife I want to buy has been sold out for a while. When will the knife restock?

A: We do not have an estimated time when the knife will be available again.... It is best to sign up for the restock notification on the listing page for the knife.

2. Q: I forgot to apply a discount code. What do I do?

3. Q: Do I have to pay import tax for the order?

Yes, import duties and VAT taxes and charges are not included in the item ... price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Q: What is your “Return and / or Exchange Policy”?

The return or exchange of a product will be accepted if there is any defect ... (damage, etc. which existed from the beginning or which occurred during shipment) discovered, as long as the product is returned to us (at our cost) within 7 days of the date of its arrival at the shipping address provided.
