This product can be used after finishing the whetstone.

The smooth leather surface of the leather whetstone can remove fine burrs from the edge of the knife. It is more effective when used after a finishing or super-finishing whetstone.

When a knife is not sharp, rubbing the cutting edge with this product may temporarily improve the sharpness of the knife.
