중국식 셰프 나이프는 다양한 음식을 썰고 깍둑썰기할 수 있는 다재다능한 주방용 칼입니다. 크고 직사각형 모양의 칼날 때문에 "클리버(cleaver)"라고 불리지만, 실제로는 쪼개는 칼이 아닙니다.

진짜 뼈를 자르는 도끼에 비하면 중국 도끼는 비교적 얇고 섬세합니다.
